Customised Product Policy
A customised product is a product that is made according to the specific requirements or preferences of the customer. Such products are tailored to meet the unique needs of an individual or group and may involve changes in design, colour, size, finish, features, or any other specifications requested by the customer.
Customised products generally require additional time, effort, and craftsmanship and are therefore priced higher than standard products.
Any product that is not listed on our platform/website or is manufactured based on special customer instructions will be considered a customised order.
Terms & Conditions for Customised Orders
The term “customised” indicates that the product is designed and manufactured exclusively on behalf of the customer.
Once the order details are confirmed, manufacturing begins immediately. Therefore, customised orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after confirmation.
Payment for customised orders must be made in full advance.
Since manufacturing starts immediately after payment, customised order payments are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Note:
If under exceptional circumstances a customised order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund (if any) will be issued after deduction of company charges, which may be up to 75% of the order value.
Once the product is dispatched, no cancellation or refund will be allowed under any circumstances.
Customised products are not manufactured on a regular basis like standard products with fixed specifications. Hence, the dispatch timeline for customised orders can take up to 7–8 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
In case of any unforeseen delay, our customer support team will keep you informed. We strive to deliver high-quality products, and sufficient time is required to ensure accurate craftsmanship as per customer specifications.
The company is not obligated to share step-by-step manufacturing updates or internal production details once the order specifications are approved by the customer.
No changes in design, size, colour, material, or specifications will be accepted once the order is confirmed and payment is initiated.
