Conditions For Cancellation
Cancellations on orders placed are allowed only before the order is shipped from Havenz Home Furniture’s warehouse. We will accept the cancellation with deduction of Payment Gateway processing and service fee of 30% on the paid value for the transaction. No cancellations are allowed once the order is shipped from Havenz Home Furniture’s warehouse. In case of any exception, at the sole discretion of Havenz Home Furniture, two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer. No cancellations on customised orders and products purchased in any sale or using discount codes.
In some circumstances, the product can get delayed by 180 days, and no refund will be issued during this time period.
In case of cancellations, no refund will be made for Part Payment orders that contain products from all categories; the advance amount will be considered as cancellation charges. For more details, please contact our customer care to assist you with the same.
Returns will be accepted only for defective products. Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.
Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product maximum within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images or videos). For more details, please contact our customer care to assist you with the same.
Please do not accept any products with damaged/tampered packaging (excluding normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, which are acceptable during transit).
Products/items should be UNUSED.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to goods in transit.
Any products damaged post-delivery to the customer shall not be accepted for return. If in any case it is accepted (depending on the Havenz Home Furniture team), the customer will have to bear cancellation charges of 30% and transportation charges for both sides.
Conditions for Return
Items can only be returned if they are delivered in damaged condition or there is an issue with the finishing of the product.
Please Note:
We do not allow returns on products sold on sale or discount. Only regular price items will be eligible for returns, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
We provide replacements, but no refund is allowed in case of in-transit damage.
Havenz Home Furniture reserves all rights to reject returns for any order.
All our products are insured by insurers from our end while they are in transit. In case of any damage, the Havenz Home Furniture team requests you to share images and videos of the product(s) via email or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of delivery so we can initiate the insurance process.
Any replacement or return request after 48 hours may be rejected by the Havenz Home Furniture team. If accepted in exceptional cases, the customer will bear transportation charges for both sides (reverse pickup and replacement).
Returns Are Accepted Only for the Following Reasons:
Damaged products
Manufacturing defects
Incomplete products
Incorrect product
Process for Initiating Return
If you are a guest user or a registered user, please write an email mentioning the item you wish to return.
Havenz Home Furniture will arrange pickup of the product from your doorstep. However, in locations where reverse pickup is not available, we may request you to self-ship the product or dispose/destroy it.
Please Note:
Customised items cannot be returned.
Reverse pickup requests will be sent to our shipping partners within 24 hours of receiving the request.
Reverse pickup may take 7–10 working days.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receipt of the product by Havenz Home Furniture, provided the goods are received in acceptable condition as dispatched from our warehouse.
Refund mode will depend on the original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card → refunded to the same card
Net Banking → refunded to the same bank account
Gift Certificates/Vouchers → refunded as a fresh voucher of equal value
Other payment modes → refunded via account payee cheque or NEFT
Please follow up with your respective bank/card issuer after refund processing. Cheque refunds may require additional time for shipping.
If your return request is accepted, it will be processed within 48 hours. Banks and payment gateways typically take 7–10 working days to credit the amount.
If wallet credits were used, the refunded amount will be credited back to your wallet.
Returns Cannot Be Accepted In the Following Cases:
Damage due to misuse
Damage caused due to non-reporting of previous malfunction
Damage or defects not covered by manufacturer warranty
Products not returned with original packaging, accessories, boxes, and manufacturer-included items
