No shipping charges apply. Shipping is completely free on all orders.
Our primary shipping partners include Gati, Safe Express, Delhivery, and other reputed logistics providers.
All non-customised orders are generally shipped within 4–6 weeks, depending on your location.
Customised orders are shipped within 7–8 weeks.
In certain exceptional circumstances, product dispatch may be delayed up to 24–25 weeks.
All products are delivered in sealed box/packaging only.
Open-box delivery is not available, either from Havenz Home Furniture or our shipping partners.

Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, the maximum delivery time within India is 7–10 days.

After shipment, you will receive a notification on your registered contact details containing shipment information and courier details. If tracking is available with the shipping partner, tracking details will be shared in the shipment notification, allowing you to monitor the delivery status through the courier’s website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Havenz Home Furniture shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or goods, arising due to delivery delays.
